The villa has 5 separate bedrooms and can accomodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children.

On the ground floor the master bedroom has a large ensuite shower room and private balcony with views down to the bay.

On the lower ground floor are 2 twin rooms sharing a shower room, with access to the garden through glazed doors from the lower hallway.

There is an a separate annexe with its own front door below the terrace, with a double bedroom, bunk room and shared shower room,  This annexe has its own 'kitchenette' area with fridge and kettle.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, as does the main sitting room.  The master bedroom, annexe bedroom and sitting rooms all have ceiling fans. 

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and large fridge freezer if you would like to cook your own meals using the excellent local produce.  The kitchen has double glazed doors leading onto the pool terrace.  There is also an outside barbecue built onto the north terrace.

There are 3 outdoor seating areas; on the pool terrace outside the kitchen, on the main terrace outside the sitting room, and under the Pergola on the main terrace.

The sitting room is large and airy, with 2 sofas and 2 chairs.  There is a flat screen TV with a Eurosat satellite box, Playstation 4 and Amazon Fire Stick.  There is free wifi provided by a 4G modem, with wifi repeaters around the house.  There is a small cloakroom on the ground floor.
